veg frankie(spicy version)

For the frankie we need


all purpose flour(maida)-1cup
wheat flour                   -1cup
salt                               -pinch
oil                                 -1tsp


mix all the above ingredients with the help of water and knead it like chapati dough.


for the filling we need


beans  -200gm(1inch pieces)
potatoes-2big(cut it like we do for french fries)
paneer-10-15 cubes(frozen)
salt
chilli powder
chat masala


garam masala
oil
egg-1
mayonnaise


Take a kadai,put oil in it and then fry beans n potato till it gets cooked.(around 6-8min)
Add salt,chilli powder,chat masala,garam masala and mix well.
let it cook for 5more min.
mean while shallow fry roast paneer in another kadai.
Finally mix paneer with the curry and mix.


Beat the egg with a pinch of salt and chilli powder and keep aside.
 prepare the dough like chapatis and roast for 1/2min bothsides.
Apply 2spoons of egg mix and spread on the roti.Now roast both sides.
Apply mayonnaise to the frankie and put some curry in the middle( like a line) and roll it..
serve hooooooooot..


its really yummy..
Note:if u wants to make it healthier,make phulkas and then apply mayonnaise.
instead of frying paneer u can add grated paneer just 5min before u finish the curry.
 if u like swt corn u can add that in the curry.
