Ingredients:

mustard seeds-1tsp
zeera-1tsp
chana dal-1tbsp
ground nuts-2tbsp
green chillies
curry leaves
tamarind pulp-2sp
chopped bachali(malabar)leaves
sesame seeds powder(roast with out oil and blend it)
salt
chilli powder
procedure:
-----------
Take 2sp oil in a pan n put thadka(mustard seeds,zeera,chana dal),fry it and then add ground nuts,green chillies curry leaves n fry for some time.
Once fried then add chopped bachali levaes n let it cook for 5min.
Now add salt, chilli powder n tamarind pulp,mix and add 1cup of water and put the lid till that water evaporates.
Finally add sesame seeds powder n mix.
Note:U can take this with roti r with rice.
