cabbage saalaan

Ingredients:

½ Cabbage (shredded)
1 Egg (beaten)
1 tbsp. Ginger (minced)
½ tsp. Red Chilli Powder
Salt (to taste)
1 tbsp. Cooking Oil

Procedure:
----------
Heat oil in a deep frying pan, add cabbage; cook for 3 minutes or until cabbage is soft. Add ginger, salt, and red chili powder. Saute for a few minutes then cover and let cook until cabbage is done.
Add beaten egg and stir quickly. Cook for another 2 minutes; Cabbage Saalan is ready to serve.
