Ingredients:

1 cup soaked Bobbarlu(black eyed peas soaked for 10hrs)
2 cups rice flour
1/2 cup fresh coconut powder
chopped corriander
2-3 finely chopped green chillis
1 cup finely chopped onions
2-3 curry leaves
1 table spoon grated ginger
salt for taste
1/2 spoon red chillipowder
oil for fry
Procedure:
----------
Mix all the ingredients into thick dough with water. Set aside for 1 hr. place the pan on the stove and apply oil on the pan. Spread the small amount of dough on the pan like thick roti. Place the lid on the pan and allow it to cook for 5 mins(untill light brown color). Cook the other side too.
