keera perugu pachadi(cucumber raitha)

Ingredients:

keera(salad variety)-2medium
curd-1cup approx
salt-1sp
green chillies(cut in to rounds)-3
mustard-1/4sp
cumin-1/4sp
curry leaves
oil-1sp


Procedure:
^^^^^^^^^^^
Peel keera or cucumber,grate it,squeeze the water and put it in a wide bowl.
Add curd,salt and mix well.
Heat a small pan,add oil,mustard,cumin,green chillies and curry leaves and let it fry(around1min).
Let it cool for a min and then add to the above curd mixture.

Goes well with rice,roti or as a side dish for veg rice.
