pumpkin soup for kids

This soup is good to improve  memory in children.

Ingredients:

sesame seeds-1tbsp
chopped onion-1
chopped carrot-1
chopped pumpkin-1/2cup
milk
salt
pepper powder

 procedure:
--------------
Fry sesame seeds till it becomes golden color and then add onion,carrot and pumpkin.
Fry for 5min and then add water and let it boil till the vegetables becomes soft.
Blend it and add salt.
Take a pan,put some water(1/4th cup),add the puree and add boiled milk and cook.
sprinkle pepper powder and serve.
