For the dough
maida(all purpose flour) -1cup
wheat flour -1/2cup
salt-pinch
water
oil-1sp
Mix maida ,wheat flour and salt with enough water.Apply oil and knead well.it should be just like chapati dough.Rest it for 30min and prepare rotis and cook with little oil .keep it aside.
For the filling
soft paneer-100gm
oil or butter-1tsp
onion(finely chopped)-1small
chopped green chilli-1
capsicum(finely chopped)-1/2
tomato (finely chopped)-1small
Salt
chilli powder-1sp
coriander leaves-2sp
cheese-4tbsp
procedure:
Take a pan drizzle 2sp oil,fry onions,green chillies, capsicum.cook for 3-4min.
Add tomato,salt ,chilli powder and fry for 4-5min.
Finally add paneer and mixwell.
switchoff the stove a
nd sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.
Heat a pan and some butter or oilPlace one roti on the pan,the filling, the grated cheese and coriander leaves.
Place another roti over the filling and press slightly.
Add more butter or oil and flip the roti to cook from other side.
Cook until the chapatis are little crisp and the cheese melts.
cut in to 4parts and serve hot..
