so simple and it will be as delicious as frech toast with egg....This is for my friend pavi who is a vegetarian ;)
sugar-2tsp
Ingredients:
bread sclices-3
milk-1/4th cup
custard powder-1tbsp
sugar-2tsp
procedure:
Boil milk,let it come to luke warm and then add custard and sugar to the milk.
Mixwell so that there should not be any lumps.
Grease dosa pan with little oil.
Dip bread in the above mix and fry on the pan.
Sprinkle oil on top.cook both sides.
note:
Put the flame in med to high otherwise bread will stick tp the pan.
