snake gourd(potlakaya)fry


People who doesn't like snakegourd can try this once...iam sure tht it will be tasty.

Ingredients:
------------
snake gourd-2cups(1/2inch chopped)
coriander powder-1sp
salt
turmeric,
chopped garlic-2
slitted green chillies-4
curry leaves

For talimpu or thadka:
---------------------
mustard seeds
zeera

procedure:
----------
Boil snake gourd pieces with little bit of salt and turmeric.
Take a pan and put talimpu,and then add garlic and curry leaves.
once fried add snake gourd pieces,green chillies,turmeric and fry.
Fry till the raw smell of snake gourd will go off.
Add coriander powder and salt.fry for 5 more min.
That's it sanke gourd fry is ready.
