carrot fry


Ingredients:

grated carrot-3
grated coconut-3/4th cup
chopped garlic-2
slited green chillies-4
curry leaves
oil
for talimpu:
-----------
mustard
zeera
chanadal

Procedure:
-----------
Heat oil in a pan and then add talimpu.
Add garlic and curry leaves and fry.
once fried thn add grated carrot and green chillies.
Fry till the raw smell of carrot will go off.
It will take around 10min in sim.
stir in between.
Add salt n mix.
Finally add grated coconut,mix it and let it cook for 2min.
Easy n tasty carrot fry is ready to serve.

Note:1.u can add green peas also to this dish.
