Ingredients:

Milk - 1 litre
Sugar - 1/2 cup
cardamon powder-1/2sp
almonds(finely chopped)-5
pistas(finely chopped)-5
saffron-5strings
rose water-2sp
procedure:
----------
Boil the milk till it reduces to half of its original quantity and becomes thick. Keep moving the milk on medium flame so that it does not sticks to the vessel.
Then add sugar, cardamom powder, almonds, pistachios, rose water and cook for 5 minutes more so that sugar dissolves completely.
Then take it off the heat and allow it to cool down.
pour this in to ur required moulds and keep in fridge for 6hrs.
