Ingredients:

Coriander seeds – 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
Ajwain(vamu) – ½ tsp
Red chillies – 2
Salt – 2 tbsp or to taste
Amchur powder – ½ tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Pepper corns – ½ tsp
procedure:
----------
Take a dry frying pan and heat on a very low flame.
Fry coriander seeds,cumin seeds,ajwain,red chillies n pepper corns in the frying pan and stirring constantly.
Fry till they turn aromatic.
cool it.
Grind all the remaining ingredients along with the roasted ones.
Grind it to a fine powder.
Allow it to cool.
Store this powder in an air tight container.
