Neer dosa

INGREDIENTS
1 cup rice (raw)
1\2 cup grated coconut
salt to taste
oil

METHOD:
------
1. Wash and soak the rice for 2 - 3 hours.

2. Then grind it along with the coconut to a fine paste.

3. Add salt and plenty of water to make a thin batter.

4. Grease the pan and heat it.

5. Spread the batter thinly by tilting the pan gently.

6. Roast on one side only.

7. Serve with chutney,
