Ingredients:

8nos Bread slices
3/4cup Rice flour
1no Onion ( chopped)
1no Carrot (grated)
2nos Green chillies
1tsp Fennel seed powder
1/2tsp Baking soda
5 nos Curry leaves
2tbsp Coriander leaves
Salt as per taste
Oil for deep frying
1/2cup Water
Procedure:

Grind the bread slices into small pieces..Add chopped onions,grated carrot,baking powder,
salt, coriander n curry leaves n rice flour with the grinded bread pieces..
mix everything well n smash a little bit the veggies n add water to form as vada batter..Leave this batter
for 10 minutes.
Dont keep this batter in fridge, fry it immediately.
Heat oil for deepfry n fry as we do for vadais.
Dont fry until they turns too brown coz they may be very dry while eating, fry until they turns slightly brown.Drain the excess of oil in paper towel.
