Vaangi bath

Ingredients:

For masala:
----------
choriander seeds-1tbsp
cloves-4
cinnamon -1 inch piece
chana dal-1tbsp
Zeera _1/2sp
fenu greek seeds-just 3 or 4
red chillies-8
other ingredients:
tamarind pulp -8sp
dry coconut -1/2coconut
tomatoes -2
for thadka:
-----------
Avalu
zeera
urad dal
hing
red chillies
curry leaves

procedure:
----------
*Fry all spices in little bit of oil and blend it.
*take a pan and put some oil and then add avalu,zeera,urad dal,hing,red chillies,curry leaves.(normal thadka)
*fry it and add 2 tomatoes
*Deep fry brinjal and mix it with tomatoes.
*Add the above masala powder and mix.
*Add tamarind paste and salt.cook it for some more time.(do not add water)
*Finally add cooked rice to this and mix.
