Ingredients:

Chana dal -5tbsp
Urad dal -1tbsp
pepper corns-1/2tbsp
choriander seeds-1tbsp
red chillies-8
Fenugreek seeds-1tsp
zeera-1/2tbsp
Jaggery-little bit
garlic-1
Choriander leaves
tamarind-lemonsize
tomato-1(cut in to s pieces)
carrot-1(cut in to rounds)
onions-1(dices)
procedure:
----------
Take a pan and fry chana dal,urad dal,choriander leaves,zeera,fenugreek leaves, pepper corns,red chillies with out oil.switchoff the stove and add tamarind and garlic.
cool it and blend it.
Now add six glasses of water to this powder.
Take a pan,put some oil and add zeera,onions,tomato,carrot and fry.
Now add the liquid mixture and add salt,hing and boil.
