Rice Roti

Rice roti

Ingredients:

Rice flour 2cups
chopped onion 1cup
chopped chillies
corinder leaves
Salt for taste and oil for fry
2 Plaintain leaves




Instructions:
Mix Rice Flour, onion, green chilly, coriander leaves and salt as Idli batter.

Take a plantain leaf and put some mixture of rice flour on plantain leaf and spread it as thin roti, meantime keep a tawa in low flame and put the rice flour which is spread on plantain leaf, pour oil around the roti, once get cooked turn the roti.
serve with coconut chutney.
