Ravva uthappam

Ravva uthappam
Ingredients:
3 cups - Rava (Soji)
1 cup - Curd or yogurt
2 Tomato cut in small pieces
1 medium size onion cut in small pieces
1 green chilli diced
1/2 tsp. salt


Mix Rava and salt and curd together and mix well. If it is too think, you can
add little water or curd itself. Heat flat pan and apply oil in it. Pour two
tablespoon of batter and spread it with the help of a spoon. Now add tomato,
onion and chilli pieces over it. Let it cook for few moments. Remove from heat
and serve with coconut Chutney.
