mixed dal dosa

Ingredients:

Tuardal 1cup
Uraddal(minapappu) 1cup
Moongdal(pesarapappu) 1cup
Chanadal(senagapappu) 1cup
Green chillies 5-6
Ginger small piece
Jeera 1spoon
Salt to taste

Process
Soak all of the dals separately for 4to5hrs.grind them with ginger,green chillies,jeera and salt. Dosas are to be madeon the same day itself.These dosas can be eaten with coconut chutney.
