chilli chicken

Ingredients :

500-600grams. boneless chicken (cut into1-inch cubes)
2 tablespoon Soya sauce
1 egg
2 tablespoon corn flour (maida) / corn starch
5-6 green chillies (finely chopped)
2 green onion tops (finely chopped), if available
1 teaspoon garlic (lasoon)paste
Salt To Taste
1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder or to taste
1 teaspoon sugar
A pinch of ajinomoto (optional)
2 cups chicken broth / water
1 tablespoon oil
Oil to fry
PROCEDURE:

1.Take 1tablespoon. Soya sauce, 1tablespoon. corn flour (maida), salt, egg
in a bowl and marinate chicken pieces in the mixture for about 10-15 minutes.
2.Heat oil and deep fry the marinated chicken pieces till golden brown.
3.Now in a separate wok / pan heat 1 tablespoon. oil and add garlic (lasoon)
paste and green chilies and sauté for few seconds.
4.Add 2 cups of chicken broth or water.
5.Bring to boil and add sugar, pepper powder, salt, ajinomoto and remaining
Soya sauce.
6.Add fried chicken pieces to it and cook for few minutes.
7.Dissolve the remaining corn flour (maida) in 1/2 cup water and add to the
curry stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
8.Serve chili chicken hot garnished with chopped green onion tops.
9.Goes well with steamed / boiled rice.
8.Sprinkle the chicken korma with fresh coriander (dhania)and serve.

If you are PAID by Ajinomoto to mention, oh, well that is a different matter. That meal you posted with chili sounds great, but leave out the Ajinomoto, please!
