CHICKEN TANGRI KABAB

Ingredients :

2 large leg pieces of chicken
1/2 cup curd (dahi)
1 tablespoon lemon
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon ginger (adrak)garlic (lasoon)paste
A few drops of edible orange color

procedure:

1.Clean and wash the chicken pieces and make random slits on them.

2.Mix all the ingredients except salt together.

3.Rub and wrap chicken pieces in it and keep aside for an hour.

4.Now mix in the salt.

5.Grill the chicken pieces till they are cooked well on both the sides.

6.Sprinkle lemon juice and chat masala and serve with onion rings
