LEMON RASAM

Ingredients
Green chillies -3 to 5
Tomatoes- 1 large
Tuvar Dhal-3 tbs
Turmeric powder-a pinch
Salt- as per taste
Lemon- 1 to 2
Oil- for seasoning
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Corriander leaves
Method:
In a pan add some oil.
When it gets heated slit open the green chillies and fry them till they turn white.
Remove from the oil.
Now boil the dhal
When boiling the dhal in a small katori put this fried chillies and chopped tomatoes with a pinch of turmeric powder and pressure cook it till the dhal is done.
Now take the pulp of chilly tomato and add it to 1 cup water and bring to boil.
When it starts boiling mash the boiled dhal well and add to the boiling mixture.
Do not allow this mixture to boil.
Once done switch off the gas and then add lemon juice and salt as per taste.
Season with mustard seed and garnish with corriander leaves.
Serve hot with rice or just DRINK IT
