
Ingredients:

Fish-1pound
onions-3medium
tomato-1
ginger garlic paste-1sp
tamarind juice-1cup
red chilli-2tbsp
garam masala-1tbsp
choriander powder-1tbsp
salt to taste
procedure:
------------
1.wash the fish pieces and marinate it with 1/2teasp of ginger-garlic paste,1tbsp of redchilli powder,1tbsp of choriander powder,1/2tbsp of garam masala,salt and keep it for 30min to 1hr.
2.Take one kadai,put some oil in that and then add onion paste and make it fry for 10-15min.
3.Then add the ginger garlic and rest of the spices.let it fry for 5-10min
4.Now add the marinated fish and let it cook for-15min.stir occassionally.
5.After that add tamarind juice and let it cook for 10-15min.cut the tomato in to 2 pieces and add that one also in to that.
6.Finally add choriander leaves.
note.spices u can add according to ur taste.
