coconut chutney(kobbari endu mirchi pachadi)

Ingredients:

oil-1sp
jeera-1sp
chanadal-1sp
urad dal-1sp
coriander seeds-1sp
dry red chilli-3-4
tamarind-small lemon size
jaggery-small piece
salt-1sp
grated coconut-1cup

Procedure:

Heat a pan,add oil,once hot add jeera,chanadal,urad dal,coriander seeds and red chilli.
Fry till all the above gets roasted.
Add tamarind and switch off the stove.
Let it cool and then blend it.
Now add grated jaggery,salt and coconut and blend again.
Add very little water to make it to thick and smooth consistency.

Goes well with hot hot rice or idli.....tastes yummy....
Note:
Adjust red chilli according to ur taste.
