Spring Roll Dosa

Ingredients:

Dosa batter-1cup
mixed veggies(carrot,cabbage and capsicum)-2cups
onion sliced-1medium
minced garlic-2
pepper powder-1/2sp
salt
soya sauce-1sp
chilli sauce-1sp
oil

procedure for filling:
-------------------------
Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic and onion till onion becomes soft.
Add mixed veggies and salt, fry it in medium to high flame for 5-8min approximately.
Add pepper powder and fry for 1min.
Add soya sauce and chilli sauce and fry for 2more min.
Now the filling is ready.

Procedure for spring dosa:
--------------------------------
Take dosa pan and spread the batter as we normally do for dosa(here dosa should be just little bit thicker than normal dosa) and put oil.
once done spread the filling as shown in the pic and roll like spring roll.


 U can cut it and serve with chutney of ur choice or ketchup.

Note:u can add beans and spring onion if u like.
I have green chutney in hand...so i spread green chutney on the top of the veggies while rolling.
