Ingredients for idiappam:

rice flour-1cup
salt
hot water-1cup approx
procedure:
-------------
Mix rice flour and salt in hotwater and mix it like chapathi dough.
keep it aside for 5min and cover it with the lid.
Take idiappam mould and prepare 2-3 rounds on the idli stand.(apply little ghee or oil to the idli mould as we do for idli or u can sprinkle coconut on the bottom and top of the idiappam)
steam it like idli for 10-15min.
serve hot with egg curry.
Ingredients for egg curry:

Egg-4
oil-2sp
mustard
ginger-1/2inch,garlic-6-7small ones,green chilli-2-3-crush it in hand motor.
onions sliced-3
tomato-2
salt
chillipowder-1/4sp
turmeric powder
garam masala-1/2sp
coriander powder-2sp
procedure:
-------------
Boil the eggs and keep it aside.
Take a pan,put oil,mustard ,let it splutter and then add ginger,garlic and chilli mix and fry it till the raw smell goes off.
Now add onion slices and fry till it becomes transulent.
Add turmeric,chilli powder,garam masala and coriander powder and fry it for 1min.
Then add 1.1/2 tomato and fry it till it becomes soft.
Add 1glass of water,let it boil and then add 1/2 tomato and sim it and let the gravy thicken.
Add eggs and cook for 2min and swithoff the flame.
Take a plate,put 2-3 idiappams and put egg gravy on the idiappams and serve hot
