Ingredients:
capsicum-1big
zeera-1/2tsp
coriander powder-2sp
chilli powder-2sp
garam masala powder-1sp
curd-1cup(beaten)
salt
oil-3sp
procedure:
cut capsicum in to 1 inch pieces and fry in 3sp oil till it becomes tender(around 3min).
Takeout the capsicum pieces and keep it aside.
In the same kadai put zeera,coriander powder,chilli powder and garam masala.
Fry it till the raw smell of masalas goes off(around 1-2min)
(Make sure it should not burn)
Now add 1cup beaten curd and let it come to a boil.
(stir continuously otherwise it may curdle)
Add salt and capsicum and cook for 5-10min..
This goes well with roti n rice..
