This recipe is contibuted by my friend pavithra from chennai..
Ingredients:
potatoes(peel and cut in to 1inch pieces and boil)-2medium
or
baby potatoe(pressure cook for 2 whistles n peel)
oil 3-4tbsp
cumin powder-1tbsp
coriander powder-2tbsp
chilli powder-2tbsp
garam masala-1tbsp
ginger garlic paste-1sp
curd-1cup(beat well and keep aside)
salt
procedure:
Fry the boiled potato pieces or baby potato in 3sp of oil till it becomes crispy and keep it aside in a plate.
In the same pan add 1more spoon oil and fry cumin,coriander,chilli and garam masala powder.
Add salt and fry till the raw smell of the powders goes off.
Now add ginger garlic paste and fry for 1or 2min.
Add beaten curd and mix properly.
let it come to a boil(stir continuously).
Add potatoes,cover with lid and cook for 5-10min
serve hot with roti or side dish for veg rice or veg biryani.
u can have it as a spread with sandwich.
