corn uthappam

Ingredients:
-----------
urad dal whole-1/2cup
                rice-1cup
         swt corn-1/2cup
for topping:
finely chopped ginger
finely chopped green chillies
grated carrot
zeera
chopped coriander leaves
swt corn

procedure:

  • soak urad dal and rice for 4-5hrs and blend it like dosa batter and ferment overnight..(just like we do for dosa)
  • Next day blend swt corn roughly and mix it with dosa batter.add salt.
  • spread this batter like uthappam on a dosa pan and spread the toppings.
  • roast it with oil or ghee...cook both sides.
Note:U can use leftover dosa batter.
         Batter should be little bit thicker than dosa batter.
