Aloo paratha

Ingredients for chapathi:
wheat flour -1cup
salt
water
oil-2-3drops
 First mix all the above  and knead it to a soft non-sticky dough as how we make for chapathis. Keep aside for 30mins.
for the stuffing:
onions-1(finely chopped)
green chillies-2
potatoes-2big(boiled n mashed)
chilli pwdr-1tsp
choriander pwdr-1tsp
garam masala-1/2sp

Procedure:

Take a kadai,put 2sp oil in that and add onions,grn chillies.
Once fried then add mashed potato,salt,chilli pwdr,choriander pwdr and garam masala and mix.
cook it for 10min and let it cool.
 Now divide the chapathi dough into equal parts and roll into smooth balls bigger than the aloo balls. Flour the surface and roll the chappathi dough slightly thicker.

Now place the aloo stuff in this and close it.
Now again flatten it slightly with your palms and then start rolling gently. 
Heat a  tawa , transfer the aloo parathas, drizzle little oil and cook on both sides. 

serve hot with little bit of same stuffing,curd and pickle..
