Instant Oats ravva idli


Ingredients:

Oats-1cup
sooji or ravva-1cup
curd-1cup
salt
soda-1/4tsp
for thadka:

mustard seeds-pinch
chana dal-1tsp
grn chillied chopped-3
broken cashew-2sp

Procedure:

Dry roast oats and blend it just once(it should nt be like powder).
Take a fryng pan,put some oil and add the ingredients under thadka and fry.
Once fried then add sooji and fry for 5min.keep mixing.
Cool it and add oats to the sooji (u can store this in airtight conatainer and keep it in fridge.u can use it whenever u want)
mix one cup of curd,salt,soda and little bit of water and mix like idli batter.
Keep it aside atleast for 15-20min.
Steam it as usual idlies.
serve hot with chutney of ur choice.
