Tomato upma


Ingredients:
------------
Semolina or upma ravva-1cup
Onion -1 thinly sliced
Green Chillies-4
Ginger(1inch piece)-chopped
Chopped Tomatoes-2-3
Choriander leaves chopped-1/2cup
Cashew-4tspn
Oil
Curry leaves
Mustard seeds-1tspn
Urad daal-2tspn
Chana daal-2tspn

Procedure:

Take a kadai or cooking pan ,add oil .When it is warm ,add mustard seeds,urad daal,chana daal,curry leaves,green chilli and fry for 1min.Then add sliced onion and ginger and saute for 2-3 min.Add roasted cashew.
Now add chopped tomatoes and cook till they become soft.
Now add 3cups of water.Add salt to taste and let the water come to boil.
Once the water starts boiling,put the gas to sim and slowly add ravva by stirring continuously.
Now stir it well and then close the pan with a lid and let it cook for 2min onlow flame.
Check after 2min,add choriander leaves, mix it well and switch off the gas n serve.
