pesarattu(moongdal dosa)


Ingredients:

1 cup whole moong dal
chopped green chillies-2
onion finely chopped-1big
ginger finely chopped-small piece
1sp-zeera
Salt to taste
Oil
1. Soak moong dal overnight. Drain and grind the dal with salt and make it a fine paste. Add little water to get pouring consistency.
2. Heat a non-stick pan, spread the batter outwardly in the round, circular motion into a thin round.
4. spread chopped onions,green chillies,chopped ginger and zeera and Pour some oil over that and after about 2-3 minutes; turn over the dosa so that other side also gets cooked.Serve hot with chutney of ur choice.
