Ingredients:
------------
1 cup flattened rice / poha
1 small onion, chopped
2 green chillies
1/2 tsp jeera
1tsp grated ginger
1-2 tbsp besan
1-2 tbsp rice flour
Curry leaves
coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry
procedure:
----------
1.Soak flattened rice in about 1/2 cup water for 10 mins, until soft.
2. Add the remaining ingredients to this and mix well.
3.Now shape it in to cutlets.
4. Deep fry until golden brown.
5.serve hot with tomato ketchup or with some chutney.
