As a health conscious person,am using very little bit of ghee in this recipe..still it tastes yummy.....try it out..
Ingredients:

Bread
ghee
sugar
cashew
raisins
Procedure:

Fry cashew and raisins in ghee n keep it aside.
Roast bread in a pan by using little bit of ghee or u can roast without ghee also.
roast till it comes to dark brown in colour.
cut the bread in to small pieces(or big pieces if u wnt)with the help of ur hand.
In another kadai prepare sugar syrup.
Mix it for 7-8minutes.
Now add bread pieces to this syrup and mix it for 5min.
OR
If u cut it like big pieces,then put the bread pieces in this syrup and slightly mix.
leave it for 5min.
