sabudhana dosa
2cups---rice flour
1cup----saggu biyyam
1cup---sour curd
1teasp-jeera
salt to taste
1/2tesp--cooking soda
4-5---curd chillis
Process:
1.soak saggu biyyam in curd for 1hour and gri nd in to a paste.
2.mix with other all ingredients[crush curd chillis and add] mix well and make it like a dosa batter,
and make dosas
3. this dosas will come little thick cover and cook turn the other side and cook
serve hot dosas with onion chutney or coconut chutney
