Kobbari Bobbatlu

Ingredients:

coconut-1cup
jaggery-1cup
maida -1cup
salt
oil

Procedure:
----------
*Take one pan..put jaggery and little bit of water in that and mix it for some time.
*now add coconut and mix till it becomes tight.
*take one bowl and mix maida,pinch of salt and oil.keep it aside for 2hours
*make small balls of maida dough
*spread each ball like puri size and stuff coconut mix inthat and close
*spread this with little bit of oil and do it as bobbattu
*shallow fry on pan with ghee
