pesara vadalu

Pesara vadalu

Moong dal-250gm
ginger-25gm
green chillies-5
onions-2
refined oil-for deep fry
salt -as required
jeera-1tsp

Procedure:
----------
soak moong dal for over night.
Drain the water and then blend it.(it should nt be fine paste)
Add finely chopped ginger,chopped green chillies,chopped onions
curry leaves,salt and jeera.
Now shape this mixture as u like and make them deep fry.
