Ingredients:
Tomato 1 cup chopped
Onion ¼ cup chopped
Green chilli 2 chopped
Bengal Gram Dal ½ tspn
Urad Dal ½ tspn
Curry leaves 8-10
coriander leaves-1bunch
Oil 1 tbspn
Salt to taste
Heat oil in a pan and fry the dals.
Add the green chilies and curry leaves. Fry.
Add onions and fry till they are transparent.
Add tomatoes and fry for 4-5 minutes.
switch off the stove and add coriander leaves.
Cool and puree in a blender.
