Maida dosa

ANOTHER WAY TO MAIDA DOSA:
MAIDA DOSA

2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. rice flour
Salt to suit taste
1 tsp. cumin seeds
1/2 c. yogurt (plain)
1/2 c. water
Oil to make Dosas

Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl to obtain a batter slightly thinner than pancake batter. Warm skillet. If batter is too thick, carefully add some more water. Pour a ladleful of batter onto skillet and spread. Trickle some drops of oil along the edges of this pancake or Dosa and let cook on low heat. Cook to a golden brown on both sides. Use up all batter to make Dosas.
