Lemon Rice




Ingredients:

3 cups rice
2 lemon
½ tbsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
Chana dal
Urad dal
ground nuts-1/4cup
Mustard seeds
Red chillies-2
green chillies-4

procedure:
-----------
Heat some oil in a pan and sauté the mustard seeds, chana dal, urad dal,ground nuts and the red chillies.
Put haldi powder,green chilles and fry.
put some salt to taste.
Boil the rice separately and keep them in a plate and allow the rice to cool
down.
Put the lemon juice to the rice and then the mixture to the white rice.
