KHEER

Mixed Fruit Jam
----------------
Ingredients:
Apple,banana,grapes,pine apple(whatever fruits are available u can use them)'

Procedure:
cut all fruits into pieces.Boil them with little bit of water and sugar.cool and blend it in mixi.Again heat it to make it thick paste.Finally add venegar foe longer duration.

Dates Halwa
------------
chop dates into small pieces.Add little bit of water and sugar if required and let it boil.cool it and put it in mixi.now take a pan and put this puree in the pan and make it thick.add ghee finally.


Apple Candy

Ingredients:
Apple cubes(no need to peel)
sugar

For binding:corn flour,maida,egg(optional),pinch of salt.
Prepare sugar syrup just by adding little bit of water.put some lemon juice in that,so that u will get tangy consistency.
put apple cubes in bibded mixture and deep fry.
put the cubes in sugar syrup and the immediately in ice-cold water(ice cubes should be there in that water).so that the outer surface will be hard.

Note:If u put sugar syrup in water and try to make it a ball.so that u will get required consistency of syrup.


KHEER

1/4th cup long grain rice (washed and drained)
4-5 cups milk
2-3 cardamom seeds (crushed)
2 tbsp almonds (blanched silvered)
A pinch of saffron threads, soaked in a little hot milk
1 tbsp skinned pistachio nuts (chopped)
1 tbsp raisins (optional)
2-3 tbsp sugar or as desired
How to make kheer:
Put the rice, milk and cardamom in a pan, bring to boil and simmer gently until the rice is soft and the grains are starting to break up.
Add almonds, pistachio, saffron and raisins and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Add the sugar and stir until completely dissolved.
Remove the rice kheer from heat and serve either warm or chilled.
